By creating a MarkWell account you agree to these terms.

The service

MarkWell is a grading assistant. It drafts answer keys and suggests grades and feedback using AI. You are responsible for reviewing answer keys before approving them and for the final grades you record. AI output can be wrong.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. You confirm that you are authorized by your school or district to upload student work and rosters, and that any required consent has been obtained.

Acceptable use

Use MarkWell only for legitimate educational purposes. Don’t upload content you don’t have rights to, attempt to access other users’ data, or interfere with the service.

Accounts

Keep your password secure and tell us about any unauthorized use. School administrators can manage the accounts and data within their organization.

Availability and changes

MarkWell is in early access and provided “as is”. We may change or discontinue features, and will give notice of material changes to these terms.
